When Statewide Staging got the call that CHOGM was coming to town we knew it was going to be a big start to the summer season. After 2 chaotic weeks of work with hundreds of man hours put into making it all happen CHOGM has been and gone without a hiccup. In 2 weeks the crew built 3 ground support systems, the perth sign (30 tonne of scaffolding), 10 LED screen supports, 6 PA V-Towers, 10 Stages, 10, Marquees, 5 Scaffold Signage towers, a 3 Story front of house tower, 2 Lighting towers, 6 dance floors and 8 PA risers. Statewide has definatley proved that we can handle even the biggest events with ease. Have a look at some of the pictures from the event below and keep your eyes peeled for more to come.

During June statewide were asked to build the seating platform for none other than Kylie Minogue for her aphrodite tour. With over 500 boards going on the stage it was the biggest stage built by Statewide Staging ever. The end result was excellent exceeding all expectations by everyone involved. Here are some pictures from the build.
While in Bunbury on the build for Groovin The Moo a handfull of local reporters and photographers came down to take some photos of what must now be Bunburys biggest event of the year. Here is the front page of the news paper from the next day of the South West Times. With Statewide Staging building structures for yet another one of Perth’s biggest festivals, The West Coast Blues and Roots Festival we are showing why we are Perth’s premier staging company. With a Huge line up including Bob Dylan, Grace Jones and Elvis Costello we knew we had to deliver some great stages for these international acts and a sell out crowd. With our main stage ground support system, including side screen supports, no matter where you where sitting in the venue you where part of the action. The big top stage was also looking great, using the Layer Scaffold system for our staging, the finished product could not be better. Check out the pictures from the event below.
Well another Groovin The Moo festival is complete with a sell out crowd down in Bunbury. With alot of blood, sweat and tears the statewide crew pulled together to make all of the stages and structures look amazing for the day. With one of the biggest ground support systems that we have built impressing everyone, the standard keeps getting higher. The huge 10 tower double ground support system was the only of its kind on the whole tour. With the festival getting bigger and bigger every year statewide continues to impress no matter how large the festival grows. With the end of Groovin the Moo marks the end of another great summer festival season.
Future Music 2011 was one of the biggest events on the Perth summer festival season. With a sell out crowd and some of the biggest acts of 2011 it was one of the stand out contracts for the season. Building 3 stages in total for future music including the Big Top Stage, Dim Mak and also the Indoor Stage. The Big Top stage was buzzing all day with the custom built Layer Scaffold structure making up one of the best structures for the season. With this structure showing off to everyone what Statewide can do with the new layer scaffold system, the sky is the limit in terms of what can be achieved. Below are a few pictures from the build and from show day.
